Arman Tsarukyan provided his analysis of Ilia Topuria’s recent win against Charles Oliveira.
“Listen, Ilia trains diligently, hits with power, and has strong faith in himself. That`s the foundation of his significant confidence, which is why he was celebrating his victory even the day before the fight. He was certain he would knock out Oliveira. Charles Oliveira had limited viable paths to victory. He couldn`t take Topuria down, nor could he win the striking exchanges. Charles possesses solid grappling skills, but beyond that, his options seemed restricted. Topuria recognized that facing Oliveira represented the most advantageous matchup for him,” Tsarukyan explained during an interview with ESPN.
