Asseco Resovia Rzeszów has officially clinched a spot in the CEV Champions League quarterfinals after a dominant performance against Knack Roeselare. The Polish powerhouse sealed their advancement with a decisive 3–1 (25–23, 22–25, 25–17, 25–21) victory in the second playoff leg held at the REO Arena.
Building on their commanding 3–0 win in the initial match, Resovia’s triumph solidified their place among Europe’s elite. Their offensive strategy proved highly effective, culminating in an impressive 68% attack efficiency, which played a crucial role in securing the final quarterfinal position.

Looking ahead, Asseco Resovia Rzeszów is now set to face Turkish club Ziraat Bankkart Ankara in what promises to be an exciting quarterfinal showdown.
Individual performances were key to Resovia’s success. Yacine Louati was deservedly named MVP for his outstanding contribution, leading his team with 16 points. His remarkable stat line included 12 kills at an exceptional 75% efficiency, along with two aces and two blocks. Teammate Karol Butryn also made a significant impact, adding 13 points.
For Knack Roeselare, Oskar Espeland emerged as their top scorer, tallying 17 points, while Basil Dermaux also contributed a strong performance with 13 points for the Belgian side.
