Canadiens Defeat Panthers, Re-enter Wild Card Race

SUNRISE, Florida — Nick Suzuki`s goal was instrumental in the Montreal Canadiens` 4-2 triumph over the Florida Panthers on Sunday.

Suzuki`s pivotal snap shot in the third period, with 17:58 remaining, put Montreal ahead 3-2. Assists on the goal were credited to Juraj Slafkovsky and Lane Hutson.

Additional goals for the Canadiens were scored by Patrik Laine, Brendan Gallagher, and Juraj Slafkovsky.
