Conor McGregor on Losing Bet: “$500,000 is Nothing to Me”

Conor McGregor, the former UFC champion in two weight classes, has reacted to losing his bet on Michael Chandler`s fight against Paddy Pimblett.

The fight happened last weekend at UFC 314 and concluded with Pimblett securing a technical knockout victory in the third round.

In a post on X, McGregor stated, “Chandler, you scumbag! Give it a rest, fair play. My history with Mike and the odds of him winning by knockout made me take a chance. My gut feeling was `Paddy.` He`s improving, but still has potential for growth. Even though the division isn`t great, it`s competitive, and the even level of power leads to exciting fights.”

He added, “So happy days, please. Seriously, what is $500,000 to someone like me, can you remind me? It`s more than you have in your wallet. I`ll pay it back, no problem. Actually, I already did.”
