The Future of Formula E
Next season will see the introduction of the new Gen 4 Formula E cars, announced last November. Dennis has heard very positive feedback from other drivers about the significant increase in speed, acceleration, and top speed of the Gen 4 cars.
Formula E’s future also includes new tracks and locations. While the London Excel Circuit has been removed from the calendar, a new British venue is expected to be chosen soon. Madrid will join the calendar for the 2025/26 season, and Formula E’s expansion in Asia will continue with a second Chinese track, the Sanya Street Circuit.
Ultimately, Dennis would like to race in Australia, suggesting Sydney as a potential new venue, which could open doors to a new Formula E market.
