At the KSW 105 event held in Gliwice, Poland on the night of April 27, a highly anticipated combat sports bout took place between two former “World`s Strongest Man” titleholders: Britain`s Eddie Hall and Poland`s Mariusz Pudzianowski.
Hall entered the fight lacking any professional mixed martial arts experience, while Pudzianowski possessed a significant background in the sport with a record of 17-10, having competed since 2009. Additionally, the 37-year-old Hall held a considerable 30 kg weight advantage.
Although scheduled for two rounds of four minutes each, the fight concluded dramatically in just 30 seconds. Hall quickly overwhelmed his Polish opponent, landing a powerful initial blow and following up with strikes to secure the decisive finish on the ground.
Reports prior to the fight suggested that the winner might potentially face PFL heavyweight star Francis Ngannou.
