The uncertainty surrounding Miro Heiskanen continues.

Dallas Stars head coach Peter DeBoer informed reporters that the team`s premier defenseman will not participate in Game 3 against the Winnipeg Jets on Sunday.

Heiskanen has been sidelined since January, following knee surgery. While the Stars defenseman resumed practicing before the start of the playoffs, his status is still being evaluated on a day-to-day basis.

Prior to his injury, the Finnish player accumulated five goals and 20 assists over 50 games.
