The NHL has announced its three stars of the week: Tampa Bay Lightning`s Nikita Kucherov, Dallas Stars` Roope Hintz, and Winnipeg Jets` Connor Hellebuyck.

Kucherov was the top scorer in the league this week with 11 points (3 goals and 8 assists), helping Tampa Bay to move up to second place in the Atlantic Division.

As of Monday, Kucherov is tied for the NHL scoring lead with Nathan MacKinnon of Colorado, both having 109 points.

Hintz earned nine points (2 goals and 7 assists) in four games, contributing to the Stars securing a playoff spot and extending their winning streak to five games.

Hellebuyck had an excellent week in goal, winning all three of his games with a 1.00 goals-against average, a .961 save percentage, and one shutout for the Jets, who are currently leading the NHL.

Winnipeg (51-19-4, 106 points) has clinched a playoff spot for the third year in a row and is leading the Central Division and Western Conference by six points over the second-place Stars as of Monday.
