Edmonton Oilers defenseman, Darnell Nurse, has been handed a one-game suspension without pay by the NHL. This disciplinary action comes as a result of a cross-checking penalty against Los Angeles Kings forward Quinton Byfield during Sunday`s game in Edmonton.
The NHL Department of Player Safety officially announced the suspension on Tuesday evening.
