Former UFC lightweight champion, Charles Oliveira, has offered his prediction for the upcoming rematch between Magomed Ankalaev and Alex Pereira.
Oliveira commented, “Everyone in Brazil is confident that Pereira showed great form in his fight against Ankalaev. He successfully defended against all takedowns and even took Magomed down himself. Ankalaev only managed to land one significant punch that forced Alex to step back. Ankalaev also frequently held Alex against the fence. Alex performed well, and in their rematch, he will knock Ankalaev out in the second round,” as reported by Bloody Elbow.
