The Florida Panthers are bringing back a key depth forward for Game 3 of the Stanley Cup Final.

A.J. Greer is set to make his 2025 Stanley Cup Final debut for the Florida Panthers on Monday.

Head coach Paul Maurice confirmed to reporters that Greer will return to the lineup, taking the place of Jesper Boqvist.

Greer played in 12 playoff games for the Panthers this season, recording two goals and one assist. He missed Game 4 against the Carolina Hurricanes due to an undisclosed injury but returned for Game 5. However, Boqvist played in his spot for the first two games of the Final.

Florida defeated Edmonton 3-2 in overtime in Game 2, tying the series at 1-1.

Game 3 between the Panthers and Oilers is scheduled for Monday at 8 p.m. ET / 6 p.m. MT.
