While acknowledging the possibility of a bout with Diego Lopez to please fans, Rodriguez emphasized that his priority has shifted to challenging Volkanovski for the championship. He expressed confidence in his ability to even the score in a rematch and claim the title. Rodriguez`s statements were reported by MMA Fighting.
