Senators Secure Victory Over Red Wings After Early Lead

DETROIT — In a Thursday night matchup, the Ottawa Senators took an early lead with goals from Thomas Chabot and Tim Stutzle in the first period and managed to maintain their advantage, defeating the Detroit Red Wings 4-3.

Goaltender Linus Ullmark was crucial for Ottawa, stopping 31 shots. David Perron and Michael Amadio also contributed with goals for the Senators. This win marks their eighth in the last 11 games, strengthening their position for a wild-card playoff spot in the Eastern Conference.
