UFC Featherweight Champion Alexander Volkanovski has commented on the timing of his next fight.
When asked about a potential matchup with Yevloyev in three months, Volkanovski stated in a Main Event interview: “A fight with Yevloyev in three months? I need to check on a few things first. I`m quite sure I haven`t sustained any fractures. If that`s indeed the case and everything is alright, then a return could happen sooner.”
It is recalled that on April 13th, Volkanovski triumphed over Diego Lopez at UFC 314 in Miami, USA, by unanimous decision to capture the vacant championship belt.
