Robert Whittaker, a former UFC middleweight champion, has expressed his disapproval regarding a potential rematch between Alexander Volkanovski and Yair Rodriguez.
According to Whittaker, “No one wants to watch this fight. Nobody is sitting at home saying, `Hey, you know what fight I want to see? Volk versus Yair 2.`” He further commented that Alex Volkanovski performed effectively in their initial encounter, which he described as a “one-sided” contest. Whittaker concluded his remarks by stating that Yair Rodriguez “has things he needs to work on.”
