Yaroslav Amosov, the former Bellator welterweight champion, marked his comeback to mixed martial arts with an impressive win. He defeated Curtis Millender in the first round at Cage Fury Fighting Championships 140, held in Philadelphia, USA.
The Ukrainian fighter demonstrated his grappling skills by submitting Millender with an anaconda choke, forcing the American to tap out early in the fight.
This victory is particularly significant for Amosov as it’s his first fight since his loss to Jason Jackson in November 2023, where he lost his Bellator welterweight title.
