The financial struggles of former England rugby captain Lawrence Dallaglio are ongoing. The 53-year-old star is scheduled for a new insolvency hearing related to a substantial tax bill of £500,000. This development occurs just months after he sold his marital home for £2.4 million, a move reportedly linked to a contentious divorce and his financial situation.
Following the sale of their family residence, Dallaglio was declared bankrupt. He was subsequently directed to surrender his portion of the sale proceeds to settle an overdrawn directors’ loan amounting to over £366,500.
